Dr. OlympiaLiu: BCBS 针灸保险的最新文件 （01/17/2014 今刚收到的Email）美国兰盾保险公司Blue Cross Blue Shield –BCBS， 正式发文件：
Non-Discrimination action (2706) of he Affordable Care Act, Blue Cross Blue Shield now provides up to 10 visits per yearfor acupuncture when performed by a licensed acupuncturist.
Beginning January 1st, 2014, each licensed acupuncturist who provides a covered service, such as acupuncture, evaluation and management, etc. within a market-based healthcare plan or insurance plan bought on the "health insurance exchanges,” is entitled to be reimbursed by said insurer. This generally means any insurance or self-insured plan in your state, i.e., ERISA, which are generally administered by large companies such as Boeing, Microsoft, Safeway, etc. Please note, licensed acupuncturists who seek this covered reimbursement must be practicing within the limits of their scope of practice.
根据“无歧视(2706)付得起健康计划”文件，BCBS （兰盾保险）现在接受州执照针灸师每年10次治疗。
始于2014年一月一日，每位州卫生局（Medical Board）执照针灸师，在他们的针灸，评估诊断，和医疗管理等医疗保健计划或保险计划内在“健康保险计划”的每位被准许的针灸师，有资格由前述承保人偿还。
但对于“ERISA” Plan， 即世界大公司如波音 Boeing，微软 Microsoft，萨费维 Safeway等，接受执照针灸师在他们规定范围内的针灸治疗保险。
如针灸师的治疗不被保险公司接受（Cover），可以资讯BCBS。
美国3大医疗保险公司： Cigna， BCBS， United Health Care等。
CignaCover较好，医院病人多数是Cigna 的；
看病时，要问医师：
1） 您是不是 Medical Board 卫生局执照针灸师？无执照是非法，要举报！
2）您是否接受保险？ 有的执照针灸师不接受保险，不是 Insurance Provider。
