Some are taken with Hasselblad HC 150mm, some are taken with Nikon 70-200mm, and some are taken by Tamron 28-75mm. A variety of lenses are used. Both Hasselblad H2D and Nikon D200 are used in those images.

Great composition. But remember this guideline:
"unless you show the feet, shots below the Knee makes a person look like an Amputee". The same guideline  applies to elbows.
