Whatever that fish is, it is a non-game fish. You probably should not eat it and should release it.

Welcome, little Si-Tin! Thanks for your comments. I don't know the name of that fish, and others suggested that it should be called as "Gar". That fish was token away by my guest.
Don't worry about that fish, you should try to write English poem!

上海人河蚌的做法: 河蚌要用淘米水养几天，把肚肠里的脏物吐出来。淘米水每天要换，直到吐出来的水不脏了再烹调（养两三天）。如果喜欢吃水烫蘸料的，一定要烫熟。最好再喝几盅，杀菌。
