侄女是香港身份，没有美国绿卡和国籍，不知道是否可以申请公立学校。所以才问私立学校的。
如果大家有类似经验请分享一下哦，申请公立最好啦，又省钱

No way! Public high schools don't issue I-20, only private schools do.
