What exactly "Section 8" is? Is some kind of funding from government to help low income family or disable person?
I remember I have met several "potential tenants" that they claimed they have section 8 funding and I will get the rent payment directly from the government which will never be late or no pay. But I have to fix the house to qualify "section 8 code". Those section 8 people I have met are very demanding when they talk. It seems like they are some kind of "大爺".

Section 8 is the government funded program that is designed to help low income or disable people that can't afford the rent payments. There used to be a public housing program that put these people in the building owned by local government, but there were too many crimes going on in the public housing habitants. So now the housing authories issue so called vouchers to these people for them to pick a place to rent. These people have low moral standards due to lack of education and family values. They don't know how to respect other's properties. Once your property has been occupied by these people, you have to put a lot into renovations to bring it up. Many landlords particularly those who have higher value properties don't accept Section 8 people.

Be careful. Make sure those people are not armed. Do not get hurt.

peaceful results are still the most [high %]. people only remember the painful experience they suffered or just heard. if every thing is normal,  let police to handle it. but, if something was under table, then you have to beg.

那你还应该谢天谢地了！有Section 8你至少从政府（其实就是我们这些纳税人）这里拿到了大部分房租，损失远比没有Section 8的房客少。

Eviction could be violent sometimes, and you could be the one end up "血压升高摊倒在地". Better be prepared in advance. Hire enough Latinos to help.

Contacted Dekalb County Court, the writ of possession is served by Marshal, not Sheriff. The Marshal will send notice to the tenant.
