Recently, I received  phone calls.   Several people complains that U sealed their mouth in 168.
Please explain the reason?
U are the owner of 168, yes.   However, it is no means that u can do everything U want and without public supervise.   No!   
168 is a news media, should obey the US news media laws.   
Please tell us what laws did U follow to seal people’s mouth?  How long do U want to continue to seal?
Please LIST the IP did U sealed and give the reason.
