我也来推荐个川菜馆子，川娃儿，最近张师傅回来了

以前川娃儿的神仙鸭架汤极好喝，后来张师傅走了，这道菜也没了，现在这道菜又有了吗？

此店的服务是人间极品。刚到亚城第一天，吃了觉得不错知，第二天又去，发现端上来的菜巨辣无比不说（跟第一天一样，告诉服务员不要很辣），火锅也换了底料，就跟他们反映。反映了多少次，谁知从服务生到混充的经理（就是收银的）说我们厨师就是这么做的。。。。反正绝对没有弄错，那个负责收银的大嫂满脸鄙夷不屑，最后说，好了好了！给你们10%优惠了了，你还要怎样？看你穿了还考究，做人要有修养的！你那么着急想要10%折扣吗？

妈了个去的，吃个破饭，辣个半死，少收了你2块钱——在美国10多年还真没见过这么赔偿的，最后落得个顾客本身修养不好——碰到这样的人，顾客还必须兴高采烈的。从没见过这么牛叉的收银大嫂。要是哪里有315投诉，非把这个店好好曝光了。发誓再也不去如此恶心服务的饭店了。这个店的店品绝对有问题。如果你心情不好想找人吵架，找上门去一定如愿。

你们千万别推荐此店了，这个店的服务极其恶劣，上次推荐了朋友去，结果人家在店里大吵一架， 明明是店方的错误就是爱理不理不肯承认。特别郁闷。这种店怎么在美国生存的，真是不可思议。

我们是成都人，真的很喜欢川娃儿，全家人都喜欢他的味道，特别是夫妻肺片，我们感觉很地道。还有铁板牛，麻辣四季豆。。。。，因为家离川娃儿不远，我们认为价格还合理，所以经常还带朋友去，可以说我们带去的朋友没有不喜欢川娃儿的。 到目前为止我们还是把川娃儿作为进中餐馆的首选。我想如果你喜欢川菜，应该去试试。

Sorry, if you don't like spicy food, don't order them!  Chef just can't change the ingredients for you as you wish since they will not know how spicy is spicy for you.  It is very subjective.  I don't like very spicy food either.  So I just try different items on the menu and stick with the ones I like in the future.  We usually order 4-5 dishes each time and with one new dish.  So if you like the new dish, you can order next time. If you don't, just don't order it again. It is as simple as that.  If you don't like any of the food there, just don't go there in the future.  "Zhong4 kou3 nan2 tiao2" your favorite food doesn't have to be the favorite food for someone else and reverse is true too.
Plus, as a group, we Chinese are infamous for tipping less.  Waiters are humans and they will not treat you well if you don’t tip them well. Don’t expect 5 star services if you tip less than 18%.

I agree that their services are not in line with some high end places.  But they are the better ones among Chinese restaurants.  Their new place is much nicer than most of Chinese restaurants with white cloth table cover and cloth napkins.  Their prices are a lot cheaper than American restaurants with a similar setting (you could do very well with $25/person with something to take home).  You can compare it with the Rays on the River not far away from the new place.  It is a bargain compare to Rays on the River.  In my opinion, they need to improve their decoration (I think Liu Fu did a better job in decoration).  So I really wish they do well so that we can have some high end Chinese restaurants where you can bring your business customers for dinner.

我不知道你给小费的情况，但至少我自己或和老中朋友出去吃饭，每次小费都给足足的，反正我认识的老中都给小费给得不错。

good for you.  as a rule, 18% is the norm these days.  so a good tip usually is north of 20%.

需要提高的是服务质量，不是餐馆装修。
