1.我现在有套独立房出租想问问需要去政府机构办理什么手续吗?
2.是否租房人人平不得少于390Square Feet,少于了这个数是否将受到处罚.?
3.是否还需要公证租房者居住人数和出租人的关系?
另外请帮忙提供一些政府对出租房屋都有那些法律法规.

anyone has experience about renting a house in Norcross area?  ususally how long will it be rented out?  where to put Ads or just put a sign will be enough?  thanks

craiglist should be ok for the rent below $1300. You may have to try fmls for higher price. good luck.

thanks.  I tried craigslist, but it seems like no people in norcross looks at the craigslist. and the house price is just for $900 - 4bedroom house,   not sure what is wrong?   

You hire atterney for lease, you hire accountant for taxi report. See how much left for you? Business is always a risk. Be aggressive!

Put a sign on the street corner but it will be cleaned or pulled out by someone often. Most houses will be on the market for less than 2 months. good luck

You need nobody to do anything. You can do lease and tax by yourself. You may be a little scared on your 1st try. It will be OK. Many people did those for many years. It is a sure but slow and hard way to make money.
