I am suggesting that Chinese landlord in Atlanta form an organization to share landlording information and experience in our community.

I think Lao Gao may be the right person to set up a such association.

Glad that somebody took my idea to set up the landlord association although someone thinks that there have been too many associations here... BigFish

does anybody know how to search in a county court website if somebody has been evicted before?  i thought that somebody wrote something about it before.. thanks in advance.

I do think it is a very good idea for us to have a way to share information and help each other.

It is just a group that share information and express frustration. I only join if there is a membership fee.
