请推荐一款最合适国际旅游的信用卡

不是要赚飞行点数，而是在美国境外消费时，手续费、换汇成本最低的信用卡。谢谢！

Capital One credit card does not charge you the foreign exchange fee. I used it when I was in China. Also the exchange rate on the expense （现汇率） is better than cash exchange rate (现钞率）。Good luck.
