The Price is still high. In Florida, this is likely to be $200,000, In Arizona, this house is likley to be $165,000. I do not want to waste money on this investment.

Johns Creek那里的新房，应该基本上就这个价了吧。
我们这里这个价格的次新房，可以买到有2层跳空的family room 的房子了。
不过，为了那里的学区，贵点也值了。

golf球场在后面，townhouse公寓房在前面，且位于同一小区。从42万一直降下来，个人觉得目前大市场下应该还有更便宜的空间。dunwoody今年在 happy hollow上卖的新建砖房4-5室，3-4卫才$35万上下。
