50万的估价才卖25万?为什么呢?

dunwoody 地区一4300平方尺的40余年房子,zillow 估价52万余,现卖25万。为什么呢?值得抢吗?

no. zillow estimate can be a huge off. it's a computerised estimate. not much practical 168

well, you could be right. but all surround & in same subdivision houses sold over 300,000. this is the biggest house in that subdivision.

Probably yes. There are two possible reasons for low price
1) The house requires a lot of TLC 2) The house is a short sale pending bank approval.

not foreclosure. normal sale.
all houses in that subdivision sold in recent year is higher than zillow's Appraisal price.
