I am looking for a handyman to help me fix following items:
1. Property One:
Location: Downtown Lawrenceville
Issue: Tenant reported the hinged shower door opener is loose and may fall out off the frame. It's due to loose screw. I don't have the picture
Price to pay: $50
2. Property Two:
Location: Johns Creek area
Issue: Install garage door opener (2), install over the range microwave, fix leaking issue at family room and repainting.
Price to pay: You need to take a look first, and give me your estimate. Thursday or weekend works for me.
