fastest/easiest way to convert videos to mp3/mp4?

Hi, I'm a noob, just a quick question, can anyone recommend a good site or method to save youtube videos into mp3/mp4 files?

Prefer a free and simple online web site, not software (too scary).
Someone told me to try http://www.mp3ify.com - any opinions?
