temp has to be higher than 60 or 70 for outside paint. Otherwise, the paint will be not last long as it should be. If you plan to paint inside, it will be OK. price is lower in winter as there are less paint jobs for Lao-Mu

This Lao-Mu is good and easy to deal with. I like him.
