You could try to apply for some Masters' programs in College of Education in Georgia State University. It will be about 2 years. With a MA degree, you should be able to get a teacher's certificate and teach in Georgia.
Also, you could contact the school district Human Resources department or principals to say you are willing to be a parapro, or substitute teacher, and work from time to time.
Another idea is to try some private schools, Pre-K, afterschool programs, or daycare centers, to teach some courses for now, and see if there are other opportunities.
Call me at 678-924-3201 if you would like to discuss with me. It is my office phone number. I was a teacher in China, got my PhD in Georgia State University, worked in public schools for 7 years, now focusing on play therapy with children and parenting training.
Warmly,
