我们的女儿范泛去年初在学校发起了个非盈利学生组织叫121Reach (http://121reach.org/)，以一帮一结伴的方式让高中生课后辅导中学生功课和帮助解决他们成长中的疑惑。这一活动不但受到学校，中学生，和家长们的称赞和支持，也使高中生们自己感到有意义、收益颇多(http://121reach.org/tutors/stories/)。一年来，这一组织从最初的5个人发展到了200多人。通过创建和发展这一组织，我们也非常欣喜地注意到女儿从一个非常腼腆、安静、不善交际的小孩子，迅速成长为一个颇有组织和凝聚力的小学生领袖。这一年，她们走过了一个充满挑战的创业过程。从组建核心管理团队，搭建自己的网站，招募同学朋友加入，制作宣传资料和培训手册，鼓动和维持大家的士气，不断创新活动方式；到联系中学，争取中学领导和老师的认可和支持，赢得中学生家长的积极配合，赢得每个中学生的心，。。。从中她们成长了！
在这次“Best Buy & Ashoka Youth Venture’s @15 Community Impact Challenge”的评选中，她们现进了全美国的前15名。为争取最后的胜出并赢得$5000奖金，希望各位朋友助她们一把力，投她们一票！以下是她们的参选视频及投票的说明。 衷心感谢大家的支持！

My name is Fan Fan, and I am a senior at Chattahoochee High School. I am the founder of a nonprofit tutoring organization (121Reach) that focuses on one-to-one tutoring between high school and middle school students. (To learn more, visit 121Reach.org/about) We have just been been chosen as one of the 15 youth-run & founded nonprofits in the nation to compete for a $5000 grant. To win this grant, we need as many people to vote for us as many times as possible on At15.com from March 15th to April 2nd. Everyone is allowed to vote for our team once a day.
