如何预防花粉过敏-What you can do to prevent from pollen suffering dur

1. Keep windows closed in your home and car.
2. Use the "recirculate" setting on your car air conditioning.
3. Do not use an attic fan for ventilation.
4. Schedule outdoor activities carefully; pollen counts are highest early in the morning.
5. Outdoor exercise in the evening is best.
6. Avoid going outdoors on windy days.
7. Avoid mowing lawns or blowing leaves.
8. Wash your clothes and your hair after being out in the pollen.
9. Wash your pet after being out in the pollen.

喝蜂蜜水一定要喝本地蜜蜂的蜂蜜。

If you use nasal spray (prescription), use it 1 week or 2 prior to high pollen count for the medicine to take effect.

Subscribe daily pollen count notification from http://www.atlantaallergy.com/pollenCount.aspx. The site will send the count to your email every morning (not weekend)

Be aware that honey contains hormone which may not be good for children.
