Houston consulates stayed ONE day in atlanta. Will spend two AFTERNOONs in Perto Rico 9/13-14 (14pm-18pm). think about how many states they serve in Atlatna and how many people they serve in TINY PR....Booring Atlatna. it will be a good vacation in PR. No wonder...
