Hardwood floor installation costs normally less than $1.80/sf. I have worked with a group of workers from S America for $1.00/sf.

I think you can still negotiate with LZ for the price, which could be different based on sf, structure etc. Anyway, it is good that LZ listed the price here. You can always find better price, but people sometimes pay more to get better quality.
