亚特兰大出租房子: Tenant with Eviction Records

Do you guys rent house to tenant who has eviction records?

The eviction history checking shows both of the two applicants who want to rent my property have eviction records in last 4 years.

Not sure how important evction plays in the decision making process? I guess a stable job and good rental history is the #1 criteria.

Any opinion?

I 怕烫.  I would rather let the unit sit vacant.

have you checked the credit history? what is the score? if the score is not bad and job is stable and eviction is caused by loss of job, you may try to take them. Did they lie to you about their problems.

The credit score is low (in the range of 500-550). They did not mention the eviction history on the application form, and it shows up in the eviction history report. Hard to tell if the job is stable or not. Goverment contract job -- I guess it's kind of stable.

近期就有被驱赶的记录，说明申请人一是没有存钱习惯，二是容易赖帐，你不该冒险。请神容易送神难，倒时他们再赖你个把月房租，房子再弄坏，你后悔都来不及。

500-550. Money management is poor. Do not rent to them.
