The warehouse is owned by Sun Hong Kai Holding, also known as United Food Service. Marshals took control of $880,000 worth of contaminated foods, including 438 100-pound bags of rice.
"It's still in the warehouse but it's been seized by the United States Marshals working with the FDA," said Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher Huber. "It is no longer able to be moved out of that warehouse and provided to consumers in this state.
