clogged sewer line

can not use toilet,  have tried snake , but still back up,  any good plumber have you used?    The house is 28 years old.

thanks for your posting. I did yesterday, and  pulled out some gloves... but it  is still clogged.   Right now, a plumber  said he will do it again, if not fixed, I don't need to pay the 200 dollars, he will find other ways to fix it,  so I let him try right now.

２。公共系统可用大功率的工具来解决问题；
３。如果是化粪池，根据居住人数和用水量的多少每隔几年就要及时清理。否则，将会出现你说的返溢。

如果是化粪池，反溢时，房子外面的下水道清理口会溢出。打开这个清理口，如果有溢出，那就是化粪池满了或者堵塞，需要Septic Tank 公司来清理。如果没有溢出，那就是房子内的下水管堵塞。

作为业主，首先要知道下水系统是公共排水还是自家化粪池。如果是化粪池满了，怎么钻都不解决问题，需要call 公司来泵出，费用＄２００以下，如固体过多，难以泵出，需清理，费用在＄４５０以下；如果是化粪池后的渗水系统有问题，麻烦可就大了，费用在＄７５０－５０００。相对而言，公共系统便宜，屋内管道弯曲且细堵多见，但容易解决。屋外管道直且粗，堵的机会较少。如果房子老，管道老化，或者管材问题，树根，泥土等均可进入导致阻塞。county会负责外面一些部分，请查询。总之，赚钱不易！
