准备从BB&T银行买块 Foreclosed 的地, 地上有一个破mobile home. 银行只有地的 title 但没有 mobile home 的 title. 从而过户律师建议: "Just wanted you to know for this one that BB&T does not have the mobile home title and that we will have to have the buyers sign a Mobile Home Hold Harmless at closing. The buyer needs to be aware that they will not be getting the mobile home title at closing. Thanks! " 请问如何处理为好 ? 谢谢.

我知道， 如果你买的土地上有人家丢弃的车， 当然你没有人家车的title，但是你可以叫拖车公司拖走。 您可能就付个拖车费。至于mobile home，我就不知道了。 可能您要咨询律师。
