Correct me if I'm wrong, but since when the American English could be read this way:

#1: "Need-based Hope Grant" = "Need-based Hope Scholarship"

#2: "Fund" "Hope Grant" = "Take away" "Hope Scholarship"

He obviously wishes many of his targeted (Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese & Indian) 1st Generation Immigrants voters could not tell the difference, so he can steal their votes.

Listen to what Dr. Au said in her own voice and tell you neighbors the truth.

Never vote for a liar regardless which party he belongs to. We've been lied to too many times for too long to fall for that once again.
