A question: What's the price range that the agent is willing to put some effort?

I called a couple of agents for investment properties with price range (50K - 80K). It seems none of them are interested at all once they knew the price range. I guess the commission for this price range is not very attractive, and also, I feel the agents are very short sighted.

I ended up calling the list agent directly and, frankly speaking, there are many hidden benefits on this approach. So far I am very happy.

你如何知道, 你的*.*.*146 和别人的*.*.*.146 是一样的。最后三位数字能说明什么？最后三位数字相同的IP数有16，777，216 个（256*256*256）。动电脑筋吧。
