I am in duluth, 3-4 years ago, I paid $1450 a month for 6 days caring for one kid (2month up till 2).
I guess it varies on location.
I would expect to pay more due to exchange rate to RMB.
It also varis on how many kids they caring for in the same time.
Just for one kid, may be more expensive but you get full attention.
