You may need a landlord policy - This covers the drywall, flooring, cabinets., etc inside the condo if it were to catch on fire, a pipe bursts.., etc.
And also liability. If your tenant were to do something to cause you to be sued.
You won't need exterior coverage on the property if your condo has condo association insurance.

Please prepare below questions when you are going to obtain the insurance services : Please have your property address, age of the property, square footage, number of baths, 1 or 2 or 3 story condo & does your condo has a fireplace....
