As soon as you 验出来是正的. And you are low income family: you can apply for free WIC program (food stamp $ for Woman Infant nutrition to purchase food), and medical benefit (Peach care) to take care you and deliver the baby for free.  All these programs will be available for you at your county office regardless your citizenship.
