请问是否需要Inspector?

我投中了一处银行拍卖房, 在10天之内,如 Inspector 检查发现重大问题, 我可以解除合约, 否则, 如想购买, 则房子查出任何问题银行都不会减价(Sold as is). 我自己看这栋房子的状况尚可, 而且也准备买下. 在这种情况下, 还有必要请Inspector检查吗? 如需要, 能否推荐几位好的Inspector?

Home inspection is a MUST for your real estate investment on all homes.
A very small investment to make sure you are not walking into thousands of dollars in repairs.
Not only need a piece of mind but also can give you an idea which repairs project should do first or if it can wait later.

I will suggest my clients to do home inspection on a new construction home as well but not only on foreclosure homes.
To hire a highly trained and experienced home inspector is very important; otherwise, you might can just do it by yourself by using a check list which can print out from website for free. :-)

谢谢楼下各位的解答. 我的Agent已经建议我请Inspector. 但是如果房子条件还可以, 还有两年的Home Protection Warranty, 是否还需要Inspector 呢?
