在移民局的网上下载表格，按要求填写，交上去就行了。

我是自己给老人办的。好像从填 I-130 表开始的： http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-130.pdf
然后 follow 他们的instruction

是不是以后还填了I-485，我忘了。
