How much do you charge for hardwood floor installation? What is included in the price, e.g. moving furniture, pulling out existing carpet and pad, etc?

你好楼主，我家2楼主卧卫生间120平方英尺，及另外1个30平方英尺，一楼半个卫生间20平方英尺想换地砖，拆掉旧的需重新铺，要多少工钱，料我自己买。

Currently I do have a couple of big or small (from $1K to $30K) projects to do for my investment properties. The projects involve all kind of work such as flooring, painting and general fixing. I do need some one who is reliable and with reasonable charges to work for me. If the relationship goes well, I can find you $50k to $100K renovation project each year.

I am investing on the propeties to make money. I would not over pay for the project and I would pay a very reasonable rate. In addition to paying for you and your worker's time and material, you should still have some reasonable profit space.
