Do you need male or female?   

Another note,  August is hurricane season,  you have to expect the possible cancellation. And be sure to prepare medicine.  I also Mexico is not only port that does NOT require visa or US greencard/citizenship, so many visiting parents choose this cruise route.

are you sure about it? if it's true, my parents who hold B-2 visa will go next time?

just make sure your parents' visa is " Multi-entry" , not one time entry

You can easy find 5 Night Caribbean (Eastern is better then Western Caribbean) for around $150 plus Tax when they are on sale.   Carnival Cruise Lines have wonderful food.

You are visiting Caribbean countries and back to US.  So two kind of visas involved here:   Caribbean county visa and US visa.

1. Cruise ship passengers do not need a visa for Mexico no matter what their nationality is.  But technically, most other Caribbean countries (like Bahamas) require valid visa of those countries (waived if you are US greencard/citizen) to enter their ports.

2. No matter what,  you still need a valid US visa (like B1/B2/F1) to re-enter US territories.
