How to get the money out to U.S.?

I have inherited about 100,000 RMB. My relative has my money in China. He claims that he cannot make the exchange of USD in China. I am not sure if he told the truth or not. How can I get the money out of China to US? Can I ask he write the check in RMB, send it to me, and I find a bank for the deposit. I am not sure any US banks could accept RMB. Please help.

he must been lie with you .. he can send the money via western onion or bank transfer.. either way work ... i

Do you mean he could send the RMB via western onion or make bank transfer? I do not have a RMB account in US banks..
He claimed that he cannot convert the RMB to USD , therefore he cannot send me the money. Please clarify this for me. thanks.
