My tenant called me and told me that he just tried to withdraw some cash from Wells Fargo’s ATM machine earlier, but it won’t let him do it. So he came back home check on his bank record online. Some how the bank record shown he had made twice $6,000 withdraws, once dated Aug. 22 and once dated today. These transactions cause him having a negative balance and the account is facing to be closed by bank. He almost cry….
And that is not all. On the way he drove his “new” car back from the ATM, the car suddenly shut down after he stopped at a traffic light and it won’t start again. He tried and tried for about ½ hour, finally the car started. And now the dealer has a tow truck company tow the car away….
My tenant ends up has no money and no car on this moment.

B/c my tenant told the dealer that car was not working and stopped at the intersection. So the dealer tow the car back and will have their mechanic take a look tomorrow. I try to convince my tenant use "Lemon Law", but he still deeply in love with that car.

Georgia's Lemon law is for new cars only! It does not cover used cars:

When purchasing a used vehicle, it's "AS IS". The moment the buyer signed the paper and paid the money, good luck. If the car breaks on the way home, it's the buyer's headache.

如果车子销售时是“As Is”，Gen 说不定还会要求你的房客付拖车费和修理费。由于此人不地道，拖车费和修理费也会不地道。建议不要再与此Dealer打交道，除非他好心免费修理。到其他店里检查修理，或者把详细现象在这里写一下，没准能省点修理费。
