Help - Handyman Needed

I need someone to help on the followings:

1. Hookup the Sink pipe: The disposal and faucet were installed, the sink pipe is not hookup.
2. Ventilation between Microwave and the pipe: Need to drill/cut a hole from the cabinet.
3. Two wood strip needs to be replaced in the master bathroom
4. Install the Gas Shutoff value for stove
5. Optional: Painting garage
