IMPORTANT RACE TRAC REZONING MEETING  

On Monday, January 9,2012, at 7:00 p.m., Johns Creek City Council and the Mayor will render a Final Rezoning Decision on whether or not to allow RaceTrac to build a 20 pump gas station diagonally across from Northview High School on the southwest corner of Parsons Road and Medlock Bridge Road.  This is an important zoning issue and decision affecting all Northview High School and Northview feeder school parents and students. &#160

Folks may recall the Johns Creek city council election back in November when an Asian lady from India running for one of the city council post. It is the local election that has the most impact to your life. This illustrates the city council's power. With 25% Asian population in Johns Creek, Asians need to be heard!

除了给 Hwy 141带来更严重的交通堵塞外，最邪恶的是把加油站建在Northview 高中对面，不仅地势比对面高，汽油泄漏造成污染，会影响校区，而且引来可能的毒品交易，抢劫等犯罪活动，危及社区和我们的孩子安全！

最近，Marietta 的一社区抱成团成功地挫败了 RACE TRAC 试图修建类似加油站的企图：

Race Trac 在人们的眼中就是烂油站。有它在的地方，就是cheap的象征。不仅影响周围的学校，也会造成周围的房地产价跌。房产跌了，税收就会少。不知道这帮议会的人和市长是怎么想的？难道他们被勾兑个嘛？！
