如只买出租房保险， 不买自租房保险（primary residence insurance）， 请问出租房保险（rental home insurance)那家比较好？请专家指教。1500 sqft 出租房保险大概多少钱。谢谢。愚人磕首。

I just sent a quote to Foremost Insurance and had not got anything back. Some primary insurance cos have certain limitation there. Hope some insurance professionals give information here.

Foremost Insurance charges around $1000. very expensive. Here is the coverage.

如果买保险不买房子的事故（例如：着火，坍塌，被树压坏），我想买一个出租房里面住人的人身意外保险，这个应该多少钱，和哪家公司。

我是statefarm买的单独的出租房保险，也是1500平方尺，大概保额16万左右吧，一年400多。Deductible是2500刀。
如果你有家庭房屋保险一起的，Deductible可以降低到1000刀，但是保费就高了，大概是500多吧。
Statefarm到处有投保点，去问问，打个quote吧。

Thanks! 6楼. I just called state farm 678-417-7078. It is around $400 and they need you to have the lease contract which I do have with this properties. There is no limitation how many rental properties you can insure with them. All state has the limit.
