That will wipe off everything in it, right? That will be a idea, but the last solution. Because of I have never backed up this laptop, I will lost everything in it which includes all my boys school projects and their Chinese homework. I am really mass up big one this time!

so, you can remove hard drive & use a external USB connect cable to transfer all files to other computer. in this way, the only lost is all software in this PC.
