冰箱修理 -- 冰块不能从门上出口出来

冰箱制冰工作，有冰块在冷藏盒内，水能从门上出水口正常流出，但冰块不能从门上出口出来，请推荐修理师父。

谢谢。 I plan to fix it myself. I checked several parts places(include sears part, part pro and chated with them, I also called whirlpool) there is no place which carrys dispenser housing. by the tip from internet, I ordered the ice door dispenser broken kit which needs a lot of work. It is not simple replace. I have to cut the old retainers on both sides even one side is broken and replace them with the metal one. The plastic retainers just can not hold the ice despenser door with a spring. The refrig is only 3 yrs old. Too bad whirl pool.
I had fixed two refrig before for freezing issues. :-)

您的制冰机是否太久没用，是否为省电而设置"cold"在《middle》？曾经有过因冰块都融到一起变成一大块而无法从洞口漏出。如是此因，将冰块从冰盒内取出，空盒放回既可解决。

今天与房客见了面。收了租。reset 冰箱 by unplug 电源一分钟。还是不行。打开dispenser，查了里面。dispener housing part1 in http://www.appliancepartspros.co ... =29341562#d29341562 上retainer坏了。dispener housing 是不可换的。此零件得于门一齐换。500刀+。google 后。定了http://www.repairclinic.com/Part ... lap/8201756/1164531。ebay价51刀。这是 whirlpool的设计问题。等零件到后。再与大家共享。
