If you are talking about stock price, you have a different market index from DOW/SP500 in last 4 years. Presidents usually have little control over stock prices, compare stock price over the years, under each president, you will come to a different conclusion.

Now if you mean O8 didn't treat WS people well, that is ... half/half I would say. The financial bailout is basically hand-out to super rich people (even though that was the lesser of two evils) . In the meantime tax increase on the fat cats are totally against WS.
