请问在亚城的朋友：当老人有了绿卡以后可不可以享受象medicare和nursing home，老人公寓之类的待遇？

I heard that government house is very nice. In addition, you could get about over $800 monthly. But I am not sure how to get it.  Basically you could have two things:
(1) a free apartment or house
(2) over $800 more a monthly

How can a green card holder to get those? please help.

I think you have to be a US citizen to be qualified for the benefits offered by the government.
