跟老公两地，想在亚特兰大要个宝宝，求各位前辈指点

新婚不久就来亚特兰大了。老公在国内工作，今年有几个月会在加州。
我现在是J1签证的pos-doc，有可能的话想在今年亚特兰大要个老大。

本来什么都不知道，上网一看原来还涉及到孕检产检保险的问题。
只加入了学校的基本的保险，这个应该不管生宝宝吧。
请各位热心的前辈们给些指点吧。比如什么时候开始买保险，什么时候检查，越详细越好，先谢谢各位了。

Congratulations. I understand that J1 is working Visa. You should have the regular benefits as other American professional based on American laws. That means that your insurance should cover everything. You can call your insurance company to find out.

In addition, you may entitle other benefits as your child is born in USA as an American citizen.

Obama health care has more benefits to women, if the insurance deny certain coverage, you could call the government offices.
