Apple, If you have the passion to become a medical Dr., regardless what kind of difficulty you will faced in the future, you can handle it.
However, if you just wanted to get in a field that other people say is good, that's not enough to motivate or reward you to reach that dream. Even when your dream comes true, you will still find it is not what you want.
Become a Dr. is very hard, but so many people still made it! Yet, so many people choose have nothing to do with it as well.
There is a reward system set for our job profession field, but there is no perfect job, it is perfect job when you like what you do most of the days.
Only you can determine it is hard or easy after all. I wish you find passion, confidence, peace in your decision/dream.
