I am helping family members to get two houses rented out which are located in East Cobb. I need some recommendations ( things watch out for, companies, rate etc). I have never done this before, my mind tells me that i need property management to do that because i do not want the headache and i don't have the time. I think the easy route would be having professionals to do it right in the beginning is important. Thank you all in advance.
