问个问题: 目前这些房地产经纪人,到底他们是broker的license

在此,问个问题: 目前这些房地产经纪人,到底他们是real estate broker的license还是real estate sales license?


我看好像2个是不同的呀,但是每人都声称自己是经纪人,怎么回事?

对于买房卖房的人而言，没有本质区别

Basically, Agents work for brokers, and the brokers have more managerial responsibilities, which do not make them better agents in terms real estate transactions.

On top of that, in order to become a RE broker, one must first be a RE licensed sales-rep for 3 years and pass a broker license exam.
A RE broker can open up his/her own RE company.
To the public in general, a RE broker is not much different from a RE sales agent in terms of professional services he/she provided.

real estate broker 真正的是指有所有有关房屋买卖执照的机构或组织。他甚至可以操作拍卖。需要有许多专业的知识。而 real estate sales可以是在此机构里工作的个体，也可以是独立的个人。但权力仅限于房屋的买卖---这就是为什么许多人考个执照就做起来了。
