哇扣，亚城第一女侦探！是的，就它。看着插个牌子，还以为是正常sale-----因为了解到房主住这儿几十年，已经付完贷款了。

没多久原价卖了，看看隔壁邻居的估价。。。。。。！当时除$$$$$$问题外也是怕高税收！

the most houses around $300K in dunwoody are old house. the most new houses [many under construction now] in dunwoody are $700K & above.

我八月份买了个房子，本月zillow估价降了十二万。但还是比我的买价贵十几万。
我买的正常的房子。
