我要不要请律师？- 被人追尾，车尾有檫痕

前两天被人追尾，车尾有檫痕。颈部有些不适，看了医生，不可思议的是片子显示说颈椎有些变形。让做十次治疗。
律师看了车后，说车的损害太小，赔不了多少，不能代理。
请问我要不要另请律师，或自己诉求？ 谢谢各位！

你这么点小伤，没有哪个律师肯接。

It is easy:  get polic report,  the other driver's insurance co must have it. If policy report says his fault, call insurance co. Get an estimate from a car shop of damage, go to a doctor, get estimate of medical cost. send both estimate to the insurance co, tell them you want the check!!
no need for lawyer. unless you are seriously hurt.

I guess that you may get around $2000, a few hundred for the car, and the rest is for medical cost.

有一次开车走长途在高速公路上遇到塞车，等慢慢开到前面时看到路边的警车和两辆追尾、被追尾车，连bumper都没怎么坏，可前面车里的四个老黑全都一溜平躺在草地上聊天，有人还不时地抬头看看我们路过的车辆。保险公司遇到这样的只好花钱消灾。

车伤看似虽小，较多麻点，那律师也说油漆很难恢复，得换掉整个护盖。

车伤是最好赔的，该换什么换什么，该油漆就油漆，保险公司都有一套程序和价格。如果你修，保险公司必须保证修到让你满意。如果你只是拿钱不修，那是你的事。

Do you have any information from the party that rear-ended your vehicle?
If you do, you can file claim to the third party insurance company.

Did you have medical payment coverage on your own insurance company?
