Does the tenant move out during the eviction process? You can file a criminal charge against him in the county of the house.
I have same experience during the eviction. The county clerk suggested me to file a criminal charge at the same place (window) where you apply for eviction process. I did not do it as I do not even know where the bad tenant move to (no address).

You mis-used the term "criminal charge". As I said before, as a victim, you do not file a "charge". It's not within your authority to do so. You file a "complaint", not a "charge".

You can file a complaint without knowing the address. As a matter of fact, most criminals don't leave their addresses to the victims.
Call Police and claim it to the insurance after you get report. I got $10,000 payment from my insurance for stolen washer, dryer, and stove and water damage because thief broke in after bad tenant move out.
