原发“恶性肿瘤直径在3至5cm以上”，但是没有淋巴道和血行转移的患者，也有可能发展为恶病质？这样的病人常见吗？您在临床中见过，或者治疗过这种病人吗？

如果仅凭“有形恶性肿瘤直径在3至5cm以上”，不考虑、不排除肿瘤是否有浸润、转移，便武断地“定性为中晚期”，是不是太草率了一点？

对于患者来说，就会因此而背上沉重的精神包袱，对于预后，显然是不利的。
